STANDARD BANK INSURANCE DOES NOT PAY OUT.

I have submitted my claim 31st of december 2021. have to chase every step. i am waiting for a pay out, every time i call they will process it. which never happens!!1 calling is **********, every time minimum of 20 minutes waiting. today, i have called 2x, 1st time finally get a person on the phone, then i can't hear them anymore. have to call back. again 20 min wait, then i get to a person, get immediately put through to the survey! she only asked my claim number. so now i can go on the call again for 20 minutes???
