Standard Bank Insurance Dismay

In Oct 2022, a storm ruined my house's roof and broke the tiles. I laid a claim on the insurance to repair the roof. SB Insurance sent assessors 3 times to my house and yet NO ACTION has been made to repair my roof. Fast forward to Feb 2023, my ceiling is leaking to electrical appliances, furniture and sagging! How in the world am I supposed to live like this because calls to SB Insurance and discussions with the assessors and contractors lead nowhere!!

I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED! SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST!
