Standard Bank insurance department *********** and inconsiderate

I lost my Dad in November, submitted the claim with the Insurance department on time and they only paid a day before the funeral which was 4 days late. I called on a daily basis to follow up and I could sense that they didn't care about the situation which was very stressful for me. The cover comes with airtime and grocery vouchers, I can't recall how many times I've called the insurance department and yet again Im still getting the same awful treatment, it's as if they are doing me a favour but they gladly deduct money from my account and make big promises that they fail to deliver on. It's quiet disappointing because its like I'm begging for a service that I've been paying for..for many years.
