Standard bank insurance demeaning its clients

If I had a zero I would rate it as such. I had damages to my roof on 9th and they never showed up for repairs and there were further damages by the storm. Inspector said I can repair as the bank was slow and his ostung did not include further damages which he came to confirm later.

The bank is giving me a run around with call centre agents giving me false and contradicting information as each time I have to explain from start as to what happened.

Im been made to beg and grovel for my money I used to repaid and I did not repair the ceiling as my funds ran out.

There is no sympathy nor regard for customer service, for a bank like you this is disgusting and dragging down a brand that is trusted so much by many.
