Standard bank insurance daylight *******

My insurance was raised by triple the instalment without my acknowledgement. When asked for an assessment, they evaluated the property by triple it's amount as well. my competitive quote was much cheaper and they refuse to cancel and let me move over to another insurance. Very disappointed in standard bank, with them for over ten years and the service has been **********. Will be switching banks soon.
