This should be a NO STAR review.

What an absolute joke of an insurance company, I have been without my alarm and CCTV for near on three weeks now and these guys are doing their upmost best to be as slow and inefficent as possible, both in finalising payment as well as providing status updates on the other claim.

Your best interests will not align with the work ability and communications of Standard Insurance.

It takes 2-3 days for you to get a reply on an email, then its often not from the same person you just rep**** to and the whole process is simply not acceptable in 2024...

After paying for the last 10 years and this being my first claim I guess I expected a lot more from a company as big as these guys...A terrible experience indeed.

Dont waste your time and money. Look elesewhere for reliable insurance.
