Standard Bank Insurance customer on way to cancel policy

Worse ever, I am cancelling my insurance ASAP.

I submitted a claim (storm damage) in December and was denied (28 May lol ridiculous).

In Jan/Feb Std bank appointed contractor and indicated that I should fix the roof myself (apparently wear and tear) and they will do the inside ceiling.

After struggling to get all the repairs done by them and email after email and call after call, I decided to to the repairs myself. I paid the same amount for the roof and inside from a registered and extremely reputable contractor, that they would have fixed the ceiling inside my house.

There should be a "0" on the rating scale.
