STANDARD BANK INSURANCE - CREDIT LIFE
Credit Life Insurance through SBSA is an absolute con & *******! Never buy this product! They have been taking money out of my account for 2 years and I have never received a single benefit from it despite being unemployed and trying to make a claim. To this day I still have not received a benefit yet they still charge me. Then try and get through to the call centre!! This department is a cancer within Standard Bank! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!

07 Jul 2022, 08:45You have had plenty of time to contact me - You confirmed a claim IN WRITING and then reneged on it weeks later!!! You never had the professionalism to CALL ME to tell me you were reneging on your claim!!!!! You give me the same response all the time and now I owe R30k on my card! You even have the audacity to keep taking the premium! Disgusting!!!! AVOID SBSA insurance like the plague!
