Have a policy with standard bank for homeowners insurance .IIn late january part of our rhino board ceiling fell down after heavy winds .Standard bank insuers refuse to take accountability .Their gupta styled response we should have checked under the the ceiling which is screeted and painted to make it smooth to see if there where *****s instead of nails .After 10 claim free years plus minus .They are dik *****s .They wriggled out of their responsibity.Do not take the bank approved insurance brokers they will do you in .Attached is pictures
