Standard Bank Insurance Claims Department are a DISGRACE

Standard Bank is an absolute disgrace on how they deal with their clients as well as the lack of knowledge on claims settlement. Our claim has been outstanding since Feb 2024 and todate I am yet to have a manager contact me. As a leading financial institution one would expect them to have a higher level of regard to their clients and TCF act.
