Standard Bank Insurance Claim Unresolved for 8 Months - No success.

Since July 2020 I have been patiently waiting for Standard Bank to assist me with a claim regarding leaking galvanized water pipes. I have cooperated with their procedure and every phone call and inquiry has been met with difficulty, due to the change in procedure every time. Today's follow up phone call I spoke to a consultant named Konzelle who told me that she would give me a "different story". I have been a loyal client of Standard Bank for 23 years and would not recommend Standard Bank as your Bank of choice due to poor customer service.
