Standard Bank Insurance Claim

So our geyser bursts, 1st time round, after submitting a claim, #StandardBankInsurance sends their OWN contractors out to repair. Recently, the geyser again is faulty. We ask #StandardBankInsurance to assist and assess upon which THEIR contractors indicate that the previous contractors installed the entire system incorrectly. Naturally we claim from #StandardBankInsurance. Many phone calls later from OUR side and many queries from OUR side, we are told that #StandardBankInsurance will not be approving the claim, BUT the roof will be fixed.

#StandardBankInsurance, your logic defies all common sense and maybe #StandardBankInsurance should have made sure the first set of contractors that they appointed, did the job properly.

#StandardBankInsurance, what a poor logic you have let alone your pathetic choice of contractors that YOU choose to send out to paying costumers who trust in your service to do the job properly!!!

#StandardBankInsurance is NOT worth the payment per month.
