Standard Bank Insurance Claim

Palesa Moletsane is the worst consultant at Standard Bank Insurance. We reported a natural disaster claim about two weeks ago and it was not approved by Batopele Construction as the company are truly *********. They provided a false assessment to Standard Bank Insurance. We have been loyal clients of Standard Bank Insurance for years. And received absolutely pathetic service from them for the first time. Standard Bank Insurance has also labelled their loyal customer as a **** by not approving the claim. Kindly assist urgently. Its obvious that Standard Bank no longer cares about its customers.
