Standard Bank insurance claim

On the 27 June 2020 I was involved in an armed ******* where four males attacked me and demanded my cellphone, laptop and watch.

I sent all documents required for the claim then Boitumelo Mosikare the lady who was helping me with the claim sent me a message stating the claim is approved.

A week later she sent the documents of the claim .the claim says I will only get R5000 for my MacBook Laptop which I insured.I don't understand which laptop am I to buy with R5000.

I have tried to speak to several people from the insurance requesting an audio recording when I took the insurance policy which is where I specified all my belongings .They are refusing to send me the recording and since ignored me.

They want to force to take voucher card which is not what paid for.

It's been 3 months and counting the matter hasn't been resolved I just want the things I insured.
