Standard bank Insurance Claim

Good day, I have a concern over standard bank lack of communicating with me with regard ro an insurance claim I have submitted. It has been over 18 working days I have submiitted all tge necessary documentation and I was advised by tHe consultant who was assisting me on the day it will be 5-10 working days and I will be contacted with my claim application.

I have sent correspondence via tgeir website and call their number withoit avail. I am inneed of know the status of my claim.
