Standard Bank Insurance

I have been phoning Standard Bank Insurance for months regarding a break-in at my property. It takes ages to get through and once through to an operator, the call is dropped. My property was invaded by intruders in September 2021 while I was away. I reported it when I arrived back home and gave Standard Bank Insurance a Police Case Number. I have received a Reference number from Standard Bank Insurance but, despite promises by both Standard Bank Insurance and a Service Provider to follow up, I am still waiting for service. In the meantime, I am unable to access the property which was broken into. How can I get Standard Bank Insurance to attend to my problem? HELP!!!!
