Standard Bank insurance cancelled my policy without notifying or consent

Since 2007 i had a policy included in my Home Loan This Morning at 8 am i contact SIL to log a leaking pipe complaint i were told my policy are cancelled at 9 am i contacted SIL to find out who cancelled my policy without my permission since 9 till 12:30 i were holding on passed to different departments spoke to more then 10 different people eventually i got transferred to the admin department the Lady i spoke to mentioned beacause of a previous dispute where they attached an extra R2000 to my access i mentioned that i were going to cancel the policy which i could not understand because i had claims after that and extra R2000 were deducted.SIL decided to cancel my policy without my authorisation without notifying me and im sitting with a home Loan whete thete are no cover on the structure.The service are beyond putrid after 3 hours of waisting airtime and personal time i still dont no why my policy were cancelled.
