Standard bank insurance

I have a bond with std bank for almost 20 years. Im also insurers with them. I made 5 claims in the last 20 years and claims always declined. They say poor maintenance, poor workmanship, and look for every excuse not to approve the claims. My point is , how can you insure something without accessing it. And i cant cancel the policy, because that's a whole other process. Such a ****
