Standard Bank insurance (Buildings)
I have been a customer for 23 years . Now when you have your first claim it takes 6 weeks plus and still no results apart from claim forwarded to management (this has been the answer for 4 weeks) Even senior management is not interested and do not respond to you email complaints. I have cancelled my policy and I will definitely never make use of them will ever recommend their offering. Deducting your payment every month is easy but please do not claim, then all the questions come and no service!!!

05 Dec 2023, 13:11After listing on Hello Peter, finally I received some feedback from them and an offer of payout less than have the quoted service contractors fees to replace/repair damages. No reply from management (head of claims) after contacting him.. I have requested a breakdown of their calculations but this is the final straw...Cancelled after 23 years as customer!!!!
