Standard Bank Insurance Brokers Poor Service

I have sent an email to Standard Bank Insurance Brokers on 30 January 2024 to cancel my home owners insurance policy. I received a reply "We confirm the receipt of your email and advise that we endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm." I received no communication that my insurance policy has been cancelled. I sent another email on 7 February 2024 to ask for feedback but just received another automated email saying the same as above with a new case number. Today is 13 February 2024 and still no feedback.

This need to be resolved as a matter of urgency otherwise I will report them to the FSCA. The service is unacceptable.
