Standard Bank insurance Brokers none existent

It is impossible to get hold of one of the consultants at Standard Bank Insurance brokers to follow up on my funeral claim. I would not recommend SBIB for any client as their turnaround times are pathetic and service is poor. I waited more than half an hour just be help and then the consultant dropped my call. I would not even give them one star but the site requires it. Never ever again would i do Business with Standard Bank Insurance Brokers
