Standard Bank Insurance Brokers is a ****
This policy claim was made last year January and Standard Bank made a mistake that the beneficiary was my daughter all to find out it's me the deceased took the policy himself the deceased was beaten up by the community mop justice been up and down to their branches last year every week I haven't been paid till this date, after been told that I'm the beneficiary they said I should email them my ID copy n bank statement .

27 Jan 2026, 15:13Last week I called and they said it will take 24 hours and yet I received an email saying that I should wait. This policy is a year old. I have a life cover and I'm very worried that will it be paid to my children when I passed away.

30 Jan 2026, 13:56Standard Bank Insurance Brokers said to me I should wait 8 working day's that was on the 21 of January 2026 this policy was supposed to be paid last year already. They said that the specialist Mr Langa Mtimkhulu did not even email me any response or call me.
