Standard Bank Insurance Brokers incapable of capturing correct postal address

It never ceases to amaze me about how useless Standard Bank is. If it's not one thing it's something else and so basic. For some unexplained reason the motor vehicle insurance staff are incapable of capturing my correct postal address which was e-mailed to them. Trying to get them to forward communication via e-mail is another story. What slays me is if I needed to lodge a claim they will find something to reject a payout. Surveys on the internet confirm that Standard Bank customer service has deteriorated and it just get worse. They should start giving the customers access on the internet so that this information can be updated that way.
