STANDARD BANK INSURANCE BROKERS EXCELLENT SERVICE

Yesterday I called Standard Bank Insurance Brokers (SBIB) to update my new risk address on my car policy. SBIP represented by Lizal Hudson. After updating my new risk information the premium and also disclosing that I claimed in 2017 in the same policy the premium went up by R140. After making a query of why the premium increased, I was told that it is because my claim was never updated on my risk profile. I then raised my concern that I am not comfortable with such an increase because on my side I disclosed honestly and claimed in the same company. SBIB admitted that it was their fault not to have updated the profile with the claim. Lizal and her Team Leader (Meryl Addison) took it upon themselves that they will speak with the underwriter on my behalf to keep the premium where it was and a day later Lizal called with positive news where my premium was kept as it was. I am really elated and grateful of the service that I got from SBIB in particular Lizal and her Team Leader Meryl.
