Standard Bank Insurance Brokers- Assessors and contractors aren't qualified

Poor response, claims always been rejected. Problem of roof slab waterproofing. This was repaired by SBIB previously clearly not done correctly as per the assessor when on site, report thereafter contradicts his conversation with me. He mentioned the contractor used wrong waterproofing on the area where its now leaking and the pa****t walls should have been waterproofed previously as well. SBIB report says that water is standing therefore the leak. This was as is when previously repaired. Paint is flaking of the walls on the outside of the pa****t walls because it was not waterproofed on the previous repair. Previous shower claim was rejected which they said its the waste pipe leak as per assessor Siyanda Sibiya and contractors IMT construction, Shisa Plumbers. Independent assessor Stanley Ryans report said otherwise. Repair done on shower without touching the waste pipe -no leak.
