STANDARD BANK INSURANCE- BIGGEST ****

I would advise everyone to change banks and cancel any policies that you have with StandardBankZA. They are full of $#!t. My cousin passed away in December and I am yet to receive payment from my claim. There’s no clear communication whatsoever. Biggest ****mer of note.

Two weeks after my claim, I received a call from a very rude assessor asking me why my surname is different to that of the deceased whereas they did not have an issue with that when I took the policy.

Two months later, the claim hasn't been paid.
