Standard Bank Insurance Bad Service

We had a bad stom in town our solar battery was one of the things that go damaged. I sent it in with the claim, but I get any respons from the insurens on the solor battery, it been over a month, they don't awnser my mails yesterday i spoke to a lady in the claims department and she put me on hold it sounded like i spoke to someone else that had no idea what going on and she drop the phone in my eare. I requested a call back a few times as well and no respons. there sales department phones me crazy for me to add products but there service is so bad and unprofesinal, I never had this struggle before it like they don't want to help us they only what our money. I don't know who to go farword with this only people that you can get hold of is the sales department. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE
