Standard Bank Insurance bad Service

We had a break in at our house on 12 January 2021 and are insured with Standard Bank for security damage. To date they have not sent out a contractor to come fix our doors. We cannot lock the kitchen door. Meaning we are unsafe and can’t go out during the day. We are not safe!
