Standard Bank Insurance bad service

I called about a month ago to cancel my insurance to go under my husband's insurance after getting married. The last day of my Standard Bank Insurance policy was on the 30th of June. I went online on the 28th of June to access my profile so that I can dowload my claims history and the policy wasn't coming up. I needed this claims history to activate under my husband's insurance and the fact that my policy's online profile was terminated before the insurance term ended meant that I couldn't even access the information. I call so that my hisyory can be e-mailed to me and all I receive is bad service and being told to wait for 7 days, of which if my online profile wasn't removed before its time, I wouldn't have to wait for 7 days! Now I am driving an uninsured car becuase of information that I am missing because of them and the service I am receiving is not in anyway helpful.

When I was shopping for insurance, they could call me about 5 times a day trying to sell me their product and now this is the service I receive!
