standard bank insurance bad customer service

I would like to send my dissatisfaction with regards to the level of service for standard bank insurance. its been two months now being sent from pillar to post and now worse I nolonger get any feedback or response. this is not the first time that standard bank insurance is giving me a run around and yet we pay for these insurances.

I am tired now and i feel i have no where to go and complain about their service.
