Standard Bank Insurance BAD

My house was hit by lightning, after almost a week the power is done but the geyser wise is not working, was also reported. The contactor told me that Standard Bank told him the power must be done first and then new claims have to be log. The gate motor also do not work(only see that after power was back). I phone but no luck they only say they will send some one. There is no communication from Standard Bank and if you phone them, you still not know what is happing next
