Standard Bank Insurance avoid Queries.

No response from Standard Bank Insurance on my previous complaint yet. A pity they start to ignore complaints when their service levels are not up to scratch. How is it possible to charge fees for this kind of service. Is there really nobody that cares about Standard Bank Insurance's business image?
