My experience with this insurance company was only good because of the extra lengths and time taken up by their employee @RefiloeBawela She made sure she responded to all my queries and requests and gave me precise answers and turn around times she escalated for me when we weren't getting any joy and made sure I was a happy customer I'm proud to say that she has kept me a standard Bank customer and she should be recognized for her work well done thank you. 10 / 10 rating
