Standard Bank Insurance are ******** & **********

DO NOT EVER take the Standard Bank Insurance they're ******** and *****s. My mom has an Insurance with them and our yard was ran into by a car they didn't give her what was due to her when she claimed. They claimed its "wear and tear", a new yard that was built and we let it go. Now we claimed 3 weeks ago and asked for a pest control and they said they'll send people. Weeks are going by and there's no communication whatsoever. RUN RUN RUN with your hard earned money or you will lose big time.
