Standard Bank Insurance are pathetic!

We are highly frustrated with the insurance services provided by Standard Ban**** To be frank, it is shocking!! A tree fell down and landed on top of our roof and over our house three weeks ago!!! Firstly, it happened on a Friday night, no one answered any calls, we couldn’t get through to anyone to report it either! Eventually after many emails, claims placed online and more phone calls, we got through to someone. They sent someone out to do an assessment. This guy couldn’t help us as he was fully booked but Standard Bank insisted he come do an assessment. We have still not heard anything back. We have continued to call and send emails and no one has gotten back to us. We still sit, three weeks later with a tree on our roof and house that is now rotting and damaging the house further!!!! Standard Bank, please jack yourselves up and provide for the people that use your useless services!!!
