Standard Bank Insurance Are a Joke

What a joke. My stove and oven were taken out during a storm. Standard Bank sent 3 different companies who knew nothing about stoves, whilst they hid behind a weather report. The last "specialist" who came out who was supposed to be a Defy accredited technician didn't even know how to turn the stove on. I have been without a stove and oven for over 2 months.

Standard Bank have now said that the stove is working & that it is wear and tear. The stove does not work & the oven is dead. I have sent 3 dispute emails as per the process stipulated.
