Standard Bank Insurance and Kallies Panel Beaters

I have been with the insurance for a while, had an accident recently and they recommended through the assessor that I use Kalllies panel beaters in Rustenburg, I have never been treated so badly in my life, the long and short of the story, shady work by Kallies and protected by standard bank insurance, the last call I received was saying they will investigate and come back to me, yesterday I fixed some of the areas that were tempered with in my vehicle, however, the shady work remains. While my wife is an employee os Standard Bank, its time I move from this abusing relationship. On the same matter Kallies is threatening litigation against me, which I will deal with at that stage, am not the type that is threatened and runaway with a tail between the legs. I have heard it! I am not looking for any resolution at this stage but putting my story out there as will be moving my insurance. What the arrogance of colluding by service providers.
