Standard bank insurance again not doing anything

I have submitted an insurance claim months ago, the assessor came out and fetched my equipment. this is now my 2nd posting about this on hellopeter. Standard bank only responded once in a private message saying they will investigate. Nothing has since happened. Mabey I should approach the banking ombud. I think that is the only thing that will work as Standard bank do not even respond to my messages and they still sit with my property for months already
