standard bank Insurance added two buidling Insurance on bond

Firstly, to call in and get ahold of consultant to speak with takes over 20 or 30 of being on hold which is highly frustrating.

I recently called in to request to reduce my monthly premium as it is too high. The amount of R852 was then changed to R696.72.

I checked my standard bank app and on my bond account it now shows 2 premiums for Insurance R852 and R696, as result it has now increased my bond payment.

Now I checked my app today and see that 2 Insurance was deducted from my bond account
