Standard Bank Insurance Added Products Without Consent

I am absolutely furious with Standard Bank Insurance. They added products and charges to my credit card without my knowledge or consent — this is completely unacceptable and feels outright deceptive.

When I called to cancel, I was told to send an email. I did exactly that, and my request has been completely ignored while they continue taking my money. This is beyond frustrating — it is unacceptable behaviour from a financial institution that is supposed to protect its customers.

How is it possible to add products without consent, then make it nearly impossible to cancel them? This is a serious breach of trust and accountability.

Fix this immediately. Cancel all unauthorized products, refund every cent taken, and stop ignoring customers
