Standard Bank Insurance a service disgrace to their customers

Standard Bank : Homeowners Insurance you are a disgrace to the service industry. Your call centre at 0860 12 141 says "we are trying to connect you" and then cuts you off repeatedly. When trying ***the agents give you the run around trying to transfer me to unrelated service I need so they can bat the call away. Have you as Directors or Branch Managers ever tried to use the services your customers use ???????????. Disgraceful and time to move my policy elsewhere
