Standard Bank Insurance - A ****

I lodged a loss of income claim in October, when I followed up a month later, I was told that they could not find my e-mail, I then forwarded same mail to Lucia Mkhize, 2 weeks later they told me it was with the assessors. I was advised to send a mail to Fatima Ebrahim for escalation, which I did, and still no response, not even an acknowledgement of receipt, and yet they keep on deducting premiums. What a ****!
