STANDARD BANK INSURANCE A *******

Standard bank Ladysmith branch with the insurance department offers no help al all. 5 years back Xmas we submitted a claim and nothing was done. This year again and they just giving my mom the run around. The attitude and their staff while my family has no windows and now we have to pay for people to come and take measurements. I called and was on hold for over 10minutes and the phone went dead on me. Standard bank insurance doesn't care about their customers as long as you pay you get to be treated like trash. My ref number shf-2***. Just in case someone wants to act like they care and ask questions that they will never follow up on.
