STANDARD BANK INSURANCE A DISGRACE

My house was flooded on the 1st of June. I submitted a claim the next day. It's the 19th of June & still no movement from standard bank. We are still waiting for the alternative accomodation funds to be paid out so my family & I are left homeless until standard bank feels that they will pay it out. An assessor came out & said almost everything has to be replaced because it was sewrage water that flooded our house. Satandard bank did not like that so they sent another assessor 2 weeks after the flooding (when all the water in my house dried out) now they feel that we must just paint over everything. Dissatisfied with the service I have received (or not received) from standad bank insurance. Always on time to debit my bond every month but now slacking now that I need to claim.
