Standard bank insurance personal must go back to school and learn to read a report and time. They phone me 8pm on a weekday and then again on a saturday. They have no respect for personal time. Then also they can't read a report or the report from the contractor is up to ****. Every time I give in a claim they tell me that the report shows to non maintenance. apparently when a roof ***** is loose it is non maintenance. no the wind can't make a ***** loose or so they think. Then when you want to move to a better insurer they have a lot of stories.
