Standard Bank Insurance a bad experience.
Numerous calls. Diferent numbers. No answer. If answered the directory is as long as a days ride. Info is so fast meams nothong you can copy. To take mone ia easy. To get assistance is almost impossible. You get frustartation and a world of waiting till you get cut off after 15minutes. I will humly say to stay away from stamdard bank insurance. Whn you need help you pay for there is none. Too big too fancy and there system is to frustrate you to leave them alone. So disappointed.

To lodge a claim for damaged garage door. #I replace it on my own account as to wait will compromise my secutity at home..... Still forced by the Bank to have a policy but not to get hold off...
The complaint is that it is almost impossible to get hold of any assistance.
So it was not possible to lodge a claim.
How you want to investigate this would be a miracle I would love to see unravelled.
Would it be POSSIBLE to communicate. To anyone.
