Unfortunately you have to select a star to continue with your review. They do not deserve any stars. This is the worst car insurer you will ever get. I struggled to get a hold of them for three weeks trying to log a call/claim. They do not respond to calls/emails/complaints. When finally addressed after three weeks I was told no co-payment for a windscreen chip repair. I agreed to the logging of the claim. Once I received the sms I was told there is a co-payment of R500.00. This to fix a windscreen chip that would cost me less if I do it privately? Needless to say I cancelled this insurance immediately. My only regret was keeping it for almost three years. If I know I was paying for a non existing service I would have never taken it out.
