Standard Bank Insurance

I put in a claim mid 2019. The work done by the contractor was not done as it should have been as mildew is now very visible. I called Standard Bank Ins. in December to advise them. Contactor never called me back. I phoned Standard Bank Ins again a month later in January 2020 and after following up once more contractor phoned me. Made appointment to see me but never pitched up. Gave an excuse that they were out of my area, after they made the appointment. They set up another appointment for today. Again the contractor never pitched at the appointed time. I phoned them and they gave the next excuse. Vehicle broke down on the weekend. I wonder why they never called me first thing in Monday morning? MOST INEFFICIENT AND IRRITATING. MOST UNRELIABLE AND IRRITATING!!! I dont want to see these people again - Mac-JF Construction!!! I am going to change insurers.
