Standard Bank Insurance

I have lodged a complaint with Standand Bank Insurance about a drastic increase in the insurance on my home, included on my monthly bond payment. The increase is 25.55% which is totally unacceptable. The insurance was increased from January 2025. I filed the complaint Friday 31 January 2025 and received a message saying it had been handed to Standard Bank Insurance department. I am still waiting for a reply.

So today I tried phoning them, what a performance trying to get through to the relevant department. then I get someone who can't even give me the correct email address, so that I can cancel the insurance.
