Standard Bank Insurance

We struggle to log a claim though the call centre for days in a row. We go to the local Standard Bank (Postmasburg) and we manage to log a claim. The accessor were at our place more than a month ago!!! We did have to replace the gate motor for security reasons. Until now we did not receive any paper work or any calls from Standard Bank.

I spoke to many persons: Phumzile, Aphiwe, Tshepiso, Lesego, Koletso.
